What are the delivery times?

\nGenerally, delivery occurs within a maximum of one week for France.

How much do you charge for delivery? 
\n<\/strong>– 2,99\u20ac for mainland France (6\u20ac for a 3 DVDs set)
\n– 6,99\u20ac for Europe
\n– 10,99\u20ac for the rest of the world. 
\nThat said, if you order 3 DVDs, the delivery fees are on us. Yes, it becomes free!<\/p>\n

I live abroad, is it possible for me to order?
\n<\/strong>We deliver worldwide. Depending on the destination, delivery may take longer.
\nYou can calculate the shipping costs when validating your basket.<\/p>\n

Returns possible within 14 days
\n<\/strong>If the product does not suit you, you can return your order to us as soon as it is received within 14 days. However, no already used DVD – except defective products – will be accepted.<\/p>\n

What are the return conditions?
\n<\/strong>To obtain a refund, the DVDs must be returned in their original packaging.
\nThe return of your order will be performed via the carrier of your choice. The return costs are at the expense of the sender.
\nIf you live outside of France, customs fees may apply and will be charged to the sender.<\/p>\n

When will I be reimbursed?
\n<\/strong>The refund will be made within 15 days of the date of registration of your return. It is performed directly on the card used to make the purchase. If you prefer to receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher, don\u2019t hesitate to specify it in a message accompanying your return.<\/p>\n

How do I know if you have received my return?
\n<\/strong>Returns take about 2 to 8 working days to reach us after sending.
\nOnce received, we open each package one by one to carefully process each request. This may take a little time. Don\u2019t worry, you\u2019ll be notified by email as soon as we have registered your return!<\/p>\n
